Dr. Caitlyn Holloway is a doctoral-prepared nurse educator and clinical specialist with over 10 years of experience in patient care, nursing education, quality improvement, and clinical research in a variety of medical, surgical, progressive, and critical care areas. She is specialty certified in critical care, cardiac medicine, progressive care, and care of the trauma patient. She has served as chair of the resuscitation council for a large academic medical center and has been intricately involved in quality improvement projects surrounding medical emergency events, rapid response, and code blue. In addition to her clinical role, she has been the primary investigator on one additional clinical research study and has presented posters at several conferences. Dr. Holloway also regularly lectures on a variety of clinical topics and serves as adjunct faculty in a local school of nursing.
