This program is designed for health care providers who find themselves in a workplace with nonstop change, a less than productive team of co-workers, and lagging staff morale. The goal of the session is to help attendees create a more positive work climate. Tips, tools, and practical approaches are offered to help participants recognize self-defeating patterns, shift from reactive to proactive thinking, and improve teamwork and morale. Attendees are encouraged to develop a plan for next day use of the content and sustain personal change over time.
