Nöel Kerr RPhD, RN, CMSRNN

Dr. Nöel Kerr is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois. Dr. Kerr has 34 years of experience in the profession of nursing. She has been a staff nurse, research nurse, and has held Case Management and Clinical Nurse Specialist positions in Northern and Southern California and Reno, Nevada.

Dr. Kerr has led or been an active member on multiple AMSN National Task Forces and Committees and served on the AMSN Board of Directors from 2003 – 2006. Dr. Kerr also served on the Editorial Board for MEDSURG Nursing: the Journal of Adult Health from 2006 through 2011, and continues as a member of the Manuscript Review Panel for the journal.
