Kimberly Dawn Miller BS, RN, CMSRN

Kimberly Miller currently works as a registered nurse on a 40-bed medical-surgical unit at Indiana University Health-Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. She has had a diverse background while on her journey to nursing. She earned a bachelor's of science degree in finance from Ball State University in 1988 and received her teaching credentials from Ivy Tech Community College in 1989 and her nursing degree from Ivy Tech Community College in 2009. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on the Family Nurse Practitioner track from Ball State University. Kim believes that every step of her journey has added value and important skills to enhance the nurse she is today. She has a passion for finding creative, evidence-based practices to enhance the patient's experience. This passion is what led her to be involved in the quality improvement project you will hear about today.
