Tim Walsh BSN, RN

Tim Walsh has taken the circuitous route to nursing, having received his first bachelor's degree in history before getting involved in emergency medical services after graduation. This led him to Georgetown University's Accelerated Second Degree program where he received his bachelor's of science in nursing in May 2010. For the past year and a half he has worked on the Burn/Trauma unit at Washington Hospital Center, focusing primarily on providing intermediate care to burn patients from the national capital region. He is certified in Advanced Burn Life Support from the American Burn Association and is passionate about educating his fellow RNs about all things involving burn care.
