Mickey Parsons PhD, MHA, RN, FAAN

Dr. Mickey Parsons has served as a nurse manager, vice president and chief nursing officer in three academic health science centers. Currently, she is the Howard & Betty Halff Professor for Excellence in Patient Care in the Graduate Administration Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Nursing. Her current focus is the development of future leaders in nursing and the development and evaluation of healthy workplaces where staff want to work and patient care outcomes are excellent.
