Lynne is a Director of Nursing at Benedictine College, where she is starting a new BSN program. Before this postion, she was a faculty member at the University of Kansas School of Nursing and Clinical Nurse Researcher for the University of Kansas Hospital. In this position and others, she coached other in their research proposals. Her own research area is patient safety and leadership competencies and she has served as consultant on a number of research projects. She has written numerous articles with one on improving qualitative proposals. Lynne is the Chair of the AMSN Research Committee and is the research editor of Medical-Surgical Nursing.
