Danielle Gledhill, a bachelor’s-prepared registered nurse, has been an employee of Kaiser Permanente since 2005. Danielle began her career as a registered nurse 9 years ago. In her current role as professional development specialist/medical-surgical educator, her passion for professional nursing and patient care has led her to collaboratively develop a curriculum on relationship-based care that has led her medical center on a journey of cultural transformation. She is a passionate and dedicated teacher who continues to develop projects that focus on the “care experience” to ensure that we provide extraordinary patient care, every patient, every time.
