Long COVID is the persistence or recurrence of symptoms for weeks, months, or years after COVID infection. Long COVID is posing significant challenges to researchers and clinicians with symptoms varying from mild to debilitating and is affecting a variety of organ systems and patient populations. This session will introduce participants to the NIH RECOVER initiative and explore who is at risk, potential preventive interventions, and recommendations for management of long COVID.
