231 - Put On Your Mask First - Daily Practices to Combat Chronic Stress and Burnout

This session will provide a brief overview of the impact chronic stress has on one’s physiology and suggest daily practices (such as laughter, breath work, gratitude, and curiosity) that can mitigate the health effects of chronic stress. All participants will engage in active practice of suggested methods.
