Excellent webinar! You can tell Elisa is a true servant leader. She is compassionate and understands the needs of her staff. Being able to get to the same level as your staff is very important in leadership. This was very encouraging, very reassuring, and I loved how Elisa explained boundaries and self love for yourself. Leadership is hard but also very rewarding. Elisa encourages boundaries to prevent burnout, as I have learned the hard way. Thank you Elisa for your time!! Makes me want to go work for you! :-)

This was both informative and inspirational. With the five stages of leadership, she gave tangible examples of leadership and how to reach and mentor staff which was very helpful. Her being present, building relationships, and providing mentorship are key points which I am grateful to be reminded of.
