This webinar explores research related to the current state of leadership in the field of nursing as well as the link between diverse leadership and healthcare equity, specifically for men. Participants share personal narratives that may include, but are not limited to, incidences of hardship due to their gender, actions taken to address any workplace conflict, and strategies that contributed to their ascension to leadership positions. The session concludes with action steps that male nurses can take to propel their careers forward.
