The Future of Nursing: 2020-2030, released in the spring of 2021, laid out priority areas for the nursing field during the next decade, including advancing health equity. This presentation describes how med-surg nurses can help to tackle the major issues of our time, including improving nursing well-being, advancing health equity, and promoting nursing leadership.
