OD24 - Risky Business and Malpractice Claims: Setting a Patient Safety Agenda

This presentation discusses use of malpractice data claims to showcase the actions, behaviors, and characteristics of nurses that result in medical malpractice claims. Also reviews the fundamentals associated with a risk management program and its ability to prioritize the patient safety agenda while promoting a culture of safety.
