Enjoyed this presentation! So important to recognize and appreciate our PCT’s. My organization initiated the Daisy award almost 2 years ago now...maybe time to consider what more we can be doing for our PCT’s. Love the Rose award and clinical ladder. I like most that nurses have opportunities to mentor PCT’s. Great for team building! This was great information. Thank you for sharing!
