412 - Think/Act/Feel like a Nurse: Nurses' Professional Identity

Our current understanding and the language we use about “professionalism” in nursing is outdated and inadequate. This session addresses the scientific work regarding professional identity in nursing and shows how a deeper understanding of nurses’ professional identity can better recognize nurses’ unique contributions to improve health.
