121 - The Anatomy of a Lawsuit - Understanding Medical Malpractice and How to Protect Yourself

This session will inform participants of what to expect when they receive a call from risk management regarding pending litigation. Additionally, the presenters break down the litigation process and help participants have a better understanding of what they can do to protect themselves should they be involved in a medical malpractice lawsuit.
