324 - How CMSRNs View Continuing Competence and Value of Certification

This session presents the results of an MSNCB-funded study on methods used for continuing competence among CMSRNs. The results help to inform MSNCB’s future decisions on recertification requirements, and the general conversation and debate around continuing competence in nursing specialty certification and recertification.
