Even the best nurses make errors. Teamwork has been proven to decrease some errors in care delivery models. This session provides examples of how these errors occur and demonstrate how teamwork can decrease the likelihood of these errors reoccurring. See how the quality of care established by error reduction, system redesigns, and the teamwork culture can play a role in establishing a new care delivery model.
