She is a fun person to listen to, I live her accent. However, disappointed that there is no post test.

Overall a good review of...everything...as that's what we're told will be covered on the CMSRN exam. Coupled with the certification review book by Lippincott, I feel like I'll be adequately prepared. There were a couple things the presenter said that don't reflect current knowledge that I think need to be addressed: Stress dose not cause ulcers- it can exacerbate them, but evidence says H-pylori and NSAIDS are responsible, not stress and spicy foods. Folks with diverticulosis should eat high fiber diets, but there's no evidence nuts, seeds, or popcorn cause diverticulitis. Some people believe these things to be true ancedotally (or from personal experience,) but that information should be disclosed as such!
