Review issues related to liver failure such as clinical manifestations, general patient care, laboratory testing, hemodynamic management, bleeding prevention, infection control, and treatment. Managing complications including metabolic abnormalities, encephalopathy, cerebral edema, and increased intracranial pressure are also discussed.
