201 - The Clinical Leadership Challenge: A Town Hall Discussion

Clinical leadership is about advancing the quality and safety of care through innovation and improvement, both in the organizations in which the clinicians work as well as in their individual care practices. In order for nurses to achieve their highest potential in areas of clinical and leadership skills, they require empowerment from their management, their profession, and their colleagues. This town hall session is designed to discuss the aspects of clinical leadership for the medical-surgical nurse.
