112 - Understanding Mental Illness and the Med-Surg Patient

The number of med-surg patients being admitted with co-occuring mental health disorders continues to grow. The etiology of these illnesses is discussed, with the goal of gaining better understanding — and thus better patient outcomes — of the patient as a whole.
