Working in negative, unsupportive environments quickly leads to nurse fatigue and burnout. Organizations whose employees go out of their way to support each other and work together as a team will not only survive, but thrive! This session provides nurses with the key principles to reversing nurse fatigue and creating a nurturing work environment.
