This session reviews the pathophysiology, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pancreatitis, with emphasis on medications associated with increased risk of developing pancreatitis. Primary etiologies of pancreatitis, including gallstones and alcohol-induced pancreatitis is also explored.
