124 - Health Literacy: How Well Are We Communicating?

Patients and families are being asked to manage increasingly complicated regimens for multiple co-morbidities. Providing patient education that facilitates positive outcomes is critical. This session offers insights into providing health information that patients can find, understand, and act on to improve health outcomes.
