This session describes the development and successful implementation of a multi-faceted approach to educate clinical nurses on the research process and support them through study design, completion, and dissemination.

Objectives:
• Describe methods of implementing cost-effective structures and processes to provide research education to nurses at all levels. 
• Apply concepts utilized by IHN to promote research among bedside clinical nurses and identify ways to maximize the dissemination of nursing research findings. 
• Create methods which can encourage clinical nurses to conduct research to answer clinical questions encountered in their daily practice.
