During this general session, we will outline and discuss the process of how a nurse is suspected of diverting narcotics and the investigation utilized prior to the accusation of diversion. We will then continue our discussion on the journey a nurse takes once their employer reports the nurse to their state board of nursing and what steps are needed to protect the RN license and obtain necessary help to recover.
