Mentoring is an overused term, yet an underutilized opportunity. This session will describe ways to identify mentors, leverage the mentoring relationship, and increase career opportunities. Did you know that mentoring is an ideal way to advance DEI as well? During this session we will include a discussion of the relationship between mentoring and DEI as applied to nursing.

Learning Outcome
At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to describe mentoring in the context of nursing and as applied to DEI.
