This webinar discusses the need for nurse self-care to build resiliency, prevent burnout, and maintain job satisfaction. It accounts how a wellness program was developed in a micro system and describes how the macro system supports it in a medical center. It encourages nursing staff to find ways to care for themselves.

LEARNING OUTCOME At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to identify ways to engage in self-care in the micro, meso, and macrosystem.
