This webinar will focus on conducting a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the benefits and challenges of participating in one. Participants will learn the importance of asking the 5 key questions after adverse events and how action plans are developed. Participants will explore the components of the nurse peer review process, to assess individual nurse care and improve quality and patient safety.

Target Audience: Frontline staff, managers, students, new grads, educators, clinical nurse specialist
