Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Health Care Workforce is an online course that supports this need for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training within nursing and healthcare. This initiative includes the needs of patients as well as health care providers.
The certificate program covers general DEI societal and health care information, as well as five marginalized groups, and includes six self-paced online modules ( Introduction to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) for the Health Care Workforce, Race, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, People with Disabilities, and Religion and Culture) and a 50-question assessment.
Upon completion, you’ll earn 10 NCPD contact hours.

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
