Description
The turnover rate on a 36-bed Complex Medical unit was trending up. This session will share how the trifecta of targeted selection and panel interview, intentional onboarding, and core unit preceptorship led to the significant decrease in turnover on the medical unit. The effectiveness and sustainability of these initiatives have proven beneficial in the face of leadership change and a global pandemic.
