Description

Since March 2020, the world of health care has been turned upside down. Patient demands, challenging work environments, and burnout have been at an all-time high. The intensity, urgency, and uncertainty are daily stressors. In this program, Terry Foster discusses some of his most meaningful experiences - both good and bad - during this pandemic. You will learn ideas for how to maintain a healthy attitude, convey positivity, and a can do approach in the workplace, and by all means, use humor as a proven coping mechanism - even in the darkest of times. You and your staff deserve to hear this talk. Sit back, listen, laugh, and relax. Youve earned it.
