Learning that you are involved in a lawsuit because of your role as nurse raises many questions. The experience can be frightening and intimidating. Understanding the litigation process and what is expected as a defendant can assist nurses in managing their time, reducing anxiety, and remaining resilient during and after the process. Outcome 100% of participants who complete the evaluation will indicate that they have increased confidence to navigate a nursing malpractice case.
