teamwork is so important to sustain with not only new hired nurses, but also support staff. Use of information board is also beneficial for seasoned staff as well.

Team work. We utilize this approach on our medical surgical unit . We utilize this with the LPN/RN team approach. Famous saying Together everyone accomplish more.
