Timely topic. Good information that can be utilized. Information I am able to share with colleagues. I will remind coworkers to always try involving client care givers in the plan of care.

Wonderful article. Accidentally clicked that there was bias on my submission form. Entered incorrectly. No bias noted. Thank you for providing continuing education to nurses.

It is relevant to all the issues we see within the patient population, falls are consistently an issue to address. Any tips to assist along with timely rounding of the patients and addressing needs. Our hospital has some of these in effect, yet all equipment has to work well, falls will never be eliminated but reducing harm perhaps is the most important outcome.

Prevention is the best intervention to keep patients safe. All tools must be implemented for all patients to prevent falls and or injuries.

Great tool. Our hospital is using the Hester Davis system. Both have the same principle. Education , prevention and identify risk factors.

Great article. Definitely like the communication poster as a teaching tool for both nurses and patient/family on prevention of falls in the hospital.
