Serena Bumpus is a Regional Director of Nursing in the Austin Round Rock Region of Baylor Scott and White Health. Her nursing career has spanned over 17 years in the hospital setting, with the last ten years serving as a nursing leader. She is Chair of the Staffing Task Force and also a member of the Legislative team for the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses.
