Kathy Fisher BSN, RN, CNML

Kathy Fisher is a Certified Nurse Manager Leader and has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare leadership roles. She started as a patient care technician before becoming an ICU nurse, house supervisor, surgical nurse and a Manager over ICU, Telemetry, ED and outpatient infusion center. She went on to become a Director of Critical Care Services and had the added responsibility as an interim for two years over Surgical Services in addition to Critical Care. Kathy currently works as a Clinical Manager at Parkview-Randallia in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she oversees the Randallia Med-Surg and Clinical Decision Units. Kathy is no stranger to opening units, total renovations, and hiring hundreds of staff members over the years, but her biggest challenge was opening a new unit that was full of patients with zero staff.
