Caitlin Wears is a staff nurse at The Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center. She has been a nurse for more than 7 years. Throughout her career she has been a staff nurse and a charge nurse. As a member of her unit’s process improvement team, she served on the evidence-based committee for the clustered care assignment project.
