Gordon Natal MSN, MHA, RN, CCRN, CMSRN, NEA-BC

Gordon Natal has had many experiences in the health field, including Nurse Manager of a 37-bed med-surg unit, Chief Nursing Officer of a 150-bed acute care hospital, and Director of Medl-Surg services at a 500-bed acute care hospital. In 2002 he was recruited to Loyola University to assist with the development of a Master’s of Science program in Healthcare Administration and was responsible for the finance course, human resources, and practicum components of the curriculum. He left Loyola to work at Our Lady of the Lake College and Gonzaga University where he taught med-surg, leadership, critical care, and nursing finance. Gordon is currently an Assistant Professor at Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He holds certification in Nursing Executive Administration - advanced.
