Tyler Sturdivant DNP, RN, AGCNS-BC, SCRN

Tyler Sturdivant is an Instructor in the Adult Health Department at the University of South Alabama College of Nursing in Mobile, Alabama. Tyler has been a medical-surgical nurse for 5 years, specializing in the care of patients with cerebrovascular accidents, sickle cell anemia, and cancer. Mr. Sturdivant is a Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) through the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing and a Board Certified Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist (AGCNS-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Tyler consistently promotes evidence-based practice, a culture of safety, and shared governance to students and frontline nurses alike to improve health care delivery.
