Mary Sue Dailey holds an Advanced Practice Nurse license and currently works as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in a large health care organization in the Chicago area. Over the past 35 years, in addition to CNS, she has had the roles of beside nurse, academic faculty, and care management. Mary Sue has been involved in numerous evidence based practice, quality and research initiatives and leads the corporate-wide Advocate Medical Surgical/Telemetry Forum. Over the last two years, she represented AMSN on the American Association of Ambulatory Care Nurses project to develop the recently published Care Coordination and Transition Management curriculum and online narrated modules. In addition, she participated on the AMSN task force charged with developing a leadership development curriculum. She is a founding member and past president of the Chicago Suburban AMSN Chapter 323.
