Cheryl Panza RN, CMSRN, NCIS

Cheryl Panza started working at Monongahela Valley Hospital in Pennsylvania in 1981 as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Medical Surgical Unit. In 2001, she was promoted to Nurse Manger of the Medical Surgical Unit.

In 2014, Cheryl became a Nursing Clinical Informatics Specialist. In this new role at Monongahela Valley Hospital, she is responsible for refining all nursing documentation, removing duplication and overlapping, while still meeting the demands and expectations of documentation governance.

Cheryl strives to enhance documentation for nurses and physicians. She has a strong commitment in making it easier to do the right thing.
