Norma Wells is an RN with a varied and interesting background, including a 40-year history of working in various settings. She has worked at the American Red Cross, at the New Jersey Organ and Tissue Program, in Critical Care at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, and at Kimberly Quality Care Home Care. She is currently working at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a nurse manager for the transplant unit, in-patient med-surg unit, and newly developed PACT team.
