Jennifer DeClercq is the Clinical Manager of the Medical Unit at Hendricks Regional Health, Danville IN. She has worked at Hendricks for twelve years and has held multiple roles while obtaining her nursing degree, including unit secretary, UCA/student nurse 1, and student nurse 2. She has practiced in the RN role for nine years in a med-surg setting. She is certified in gerontology. In relation to the topic of pressure ulcers, Jennifer participated in a statewide initiative creating a collaboration with the Indiana State Board of Health, University of Indianapolis, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health agencies.
