Jennifer Kennedy has practiced nursing for over 20 years and is board certified as a medical-surgical registered nurse, a nurse educator, and in nursing professional development. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with her master's degree in nursing education and is a nursing professional development specialist for Advocate Aurora Sherman Hospital. She currently serves as the treasurer on the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses' National Board of Directors.
