Donna Stallings began working with the geriatric population in 1976 when she was working as a lab tech in an acute care hospital. She then changed roles and started working in a long-term care facility as a social worker. Upon completion of her MSN, she continued working with geriatric patients on general medical units. She has over 4 years experience dedicated to the NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for our Health system Elders) unit at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. She consults and provides education to the skilled nursing facility.
