Dr. Celia Wills is a nurse academician and graduate studies chairperson at Ohio State University College of Nursing, Columbus, Ohio. She is a psychiatric mental health nurse and an expert nurse educator. Her research has included development and testing of virtual simulation training for home health care providers and development and validation of health-related measurement instruments. She has done numerous professional presentations during her multi-decade career.
