Donna Parsons is currently a nurse manager at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, KY. She has been a medical-surgical nurse for 19 years. She also has taught at the college level as an adjunct clinical instructor for 14 years. She is the chair of the system’s medical-surgical value analysis committee.
